If I could buy it in gallons I would. It is a miracle in a bottle. It does not make you look younger but it makes things seem better.

Rescue Remedy. The website refers to it as "Yoga in a bottle".

I have talked about it before in the sense that it either has one heck of a placebo effect or it works wonderfully.

So I am going to give away a bottle of it. How to enter?? leave me a comment and tell me what you do when stressed to deal with it. Want another entry? Facebook it and tell me you did. Even more? tweet it- and tell me you did!

When I'm stressed, I take deep breaths, take a hot bath, or read. A glass of wine is also very relaxing! :)

I breathe really deeply, with a loud breath, to help me destress. Plus putting on some music to sing along with, helps too!

Deep breaths. Occasionally yoga. Sometimes wine at the end of the day.I love when I can go get a massage. Mostly its deep breathing though because I usually am up to my elbows in something with the kids. Also journaling helps me or a good old fashioned screaming into my pillow moment. I love rescue remedy. LOVE it! Great giveaway. Thanks!

I wish I had A's way of dealing with stress--I'd be in such great shape. :)

I have the bad habit of eating sweets when stressed, but if I really need to not think about something, I get in bed with a really good book. Eventually I get caught up in the story and get a respite from my worries.

I try to find a quiet place and just chill out for a minute or two. If that doesn't work then a nice walk or a soak in a warm bath usually does the trick.

I try to remember to take deep breaths and think of things I am grateful for. Overall my life is pretty great, so I try to remember that as much as I can.

I really don't have any "trick" that I do when I'm stressed. At work, when dealing with difficult customers on the phone, I will often pace the floor to release tension.

when I am stressed I take a moment to remind myself that problems won't go away and I try to find something that makes me smile, either it's looking out of the window and enjoying a sunshine or playing a game with my kids or just giving hugs and kisses to my kiddos and husband

Interesting concept. I'll give anything a shot once, but I'm definitely a skeptic. I think this kind of stuff is 99.9% placebo effect and until I personally experience something other than that, it'll be hard for me to believe otherwise.

I don't deal well with stress at all. My stress usually comes from situations beyond my control, like when I'm counting on someone to do something and they fail to come through. Then I just cry. I guess it's better than holding it all in.

I like to clip my dogs leash on & go for a walk in a nearby forest preserve...the peacefulness & beauty of nature help to calm me down.
